our Shipping policy
We offer 2 delivery options with our 2 partners, Hermes and DPD.
Hermes is priced at £4.99 for all parcels that weigh under 5kg. This service is full trackable and a link a tracking code is immediately sent to your email/phone as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
DPD is our preferred courier for those heavier parcels. The service is a fully tracked, next day delivery service with a 1 hour timeslot sent to you via email or SMS. DPD is priced at £6.99 for all parcels that weigh under 20kg.
We also offer a raw food delivery service that covers all Leeds postcodes and the immediate surrounding areas. Delivery is free for those orders over £40 or charged at £5 is the order isn't above that threshold.
